These are the data flows we build most often. Every integration is tailored to your situation, with whatever business logic you need.
ERP + Ecommerce
Two-way sync of products, prices, stock, orders and customers between your ERP (Dolibarr, Odoo, SAP, ERPNext) and your online store (WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, Magento). Real-time or batch updates, depending on what you need.
Customer, opportunity and quote data flows automatically all the way to the invoice. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or your own CRM connected to Dolibarr, FacturaScripts or any invoicing system. No retyping, no errors.
Automatic download of bank transactions via Open Banking and Norma 43 (the standard Spanish bank statement format). Smart reconciliation that matches invoices to payments, error-free bookkeeping and a faster month-end close. Works with most Spanish banks.
Ecommerce + Logistics
Automated shipping from your online store. Label generation, automatic tracking and customer notifications at every step. MRW, SEUR, Correos Express, GLS, DHL and other carriers integrated into your order flow.
Marketplaces + ERP
Connect Amazon, eBay, Miravia and other marketplaces to your ERP. Orders, stock and invoicing managed from a single control point. Avoid overselling and run every channel from one tool.
Internal systems
We connect any tool that has an API: Jira, Asana, Factorial, Personio, production, logistics and HR systems. If it has an API, we connect it. If it doesn’t, we build one.

Expertise
Experts in the systems you already use
We know your platforms inside out. No guesswork: we work from the official documentation and the best practices of each ecosystem.

Methodology
How we integrate your systems
Every integration follows a proven process that ensures reliability, traceability and scalability from day one.
Systems audit
We map all your current systems, their data flows and the dependencies between them. We pinpoint failure points, bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
Architecture design
We define the best architecture for each case: APIs, webhooks, ETL or middleware. Every flow is documented in clear diagrams that you approve before development starts.
Development and testing
We build connectors with error handling, automatic retries and full logging. Unit, integration and load testing before anything touches production.
Phased rollout
We switch integrations on gradually: first in a test environment with real data, then in production with close monitoring during the first few weeks.
Continuous monitoring
Status dashboards, real-time alerts and performance metrics. If something goes wrong, we know before you do and act right away.
Automation
From integration to end-to-end automation
Once your systems are connected, the natural next step is automating your workflows.
1
Real-time sync
Changes in one system show up instantly in all the others. An order in your store updates stock in the ERP, creates the delivery note and alerts the warehouse within seconds. Webhooks and message queues make sure no data gets lost.
2
Hands-off workflows
Processes that run without human intervention: automatic delivery notes, invoice sending, price updates across every channel and overnight bank reconciliation. Your team only steps in when it’s truly necessary.
3
Smart alerts
Configurable notifications when something needs attention: low stock, sync errors, unusual orders or data mismatches. By email, Slack, Teams or a webhook to the tool of your choice.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about integrations
How long does an integration take?
It depends on complexity. A standard ERP–ecommerce integration is ready in 2–4 weeks. Complex integrations with custom business logic take 4–8 weeks. We always start with the highest-impact flow so you see results as soon as possible.
What if one of the systems has no API?
We solve it. We build APIs on top of existing databases, use file-based connectors (CSV, XML, EDI), custom webhooks or controlled scraping when there’s no alternative. We always find a way to connect your systems.
How do you handle sync errors?
Automatic retries with exponential backoff, dead letter queues and real-time alerts. If a message fails, it’s retried automatically. If the problem persists, we let you know with the error details so we can fix it together.
Can I connect systems that are already in production?
Yes. Most integrations are built on live production systems. We roll out in phases without stopping your operations, and run alongside your manual processes until everything is confirmed to work correctly.
How much does an integration cost?
Every project is different. We offer a free assessment where we review your systems, identify the priority flows and give you a fixed-price quote. No small print and no mid-project surprises.
Do you offer support after the integration?
Yes. Every project includes a warranty and post-launch support. We also offer maintenance and support contracts with continuous monitoring, updates when APIs change, and priority support.
Do your systems need to talk to each other?
Request your free assessment. We review the tools you use today and propose a concrete integration plan, with a fixed timeline and price.
