ERP ↔ ecommerce integration

Your ERP and your online store, always in sync

Real time Stock Orders Catalog Tailor-made

Real-time ERP ecommerce integration: catalog, stock, orders, customers and invoices synced between your ERP and WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify. No overnight imports, no mismatches, no entering anything twice.

The problem

When your ERP and your store don’t talk to each other

Mismatches between your management system and your online store aren’t a minor annoyance: they mean lost sales, frustrated customers and hours wasted every week.

01

Stock that gets sold twice

You sell one unit online while someone else invoices that same unit in the ERP. An angry customer, a sales rep making excuses, a cancelled order.

02

Price changes and new products entered twice

Every time a new product comes in or prices change, someone has to update the ERP AND the store. Expensive manual work and guaranteed mistakes.

03

Orders invoiced by hand

Someone keys every web order into the ERP by hand to create the delivery note and invoice. Hours of work, every single day.

04

Outdated customer records and addresses

Customer records live in two different places. In the end neither is right, and your support team wastes time hunting for the correct one.

Two-way sync

Data flowing both ways, in real time

Forget overnight imports and CSV files. Every change in the ERP reaches the store, and every action in the store updates the ERP, within seconds.

Your ERP isn’t listed here?

We’ll integrate it anyway. In-house, proprietary, AS/400, SAP Business One, Sage, Holded, FacturaScripts, Microsoft Dynamics or an internal build: if it has an API, an accessible database or can export files, we can sync it with your store.

Methodology

How we integrate: a process proven in dozens of projects

A methodology that reduces risk, avoids surprises and leaves the integration running on its own from day one.

Initial audit

We map which data travels in each direction, which system leads in each case and where your current conflicts are.

Field mapping

We define how ERP fields match store fields: attributes, categories, taxes, price lists and invoice numbering series.

Connector setup

We develop or configure the connectors: endpoints, authentication, business rules and error handling.

Testing and validation

Automated tests on every critical flow and validation with real data in a staging environment.

Controlled go-live

Supervised initial data load, module-by-module activation and 24/7 monitoring for the first seven days.

Ongoing support

Connector maintenance, continuous improvements and support whenever the ERP or the store is updated.

Truly two-way

It’s not exporting a CSV every night. It’s working as if everything were one system.

Most “integrations” on the market are one-way batch syncs. That leaves gaps of hours where stock doesn’t match and errors slip through. Our integration is two-way, real-time and has clear conflict rules, so your team stops reconciling by hand and gets back to selling.

FAQ

Common questions about ERP ↔ ecommerce integration

How much does it cost to integrate my ERP with my online store?

The price depends on the ERP, the sales platform and the flows for products, stock, orders, customers and invoices. We define exactly what needs to sync and give you a fixed-price proposal.

How long does it take?

A standard integration takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of products and how complex the data flows are.

What if my ERP isn’t on your list?

We work with any ERP that has an API, webhooks or an accessible database: Sage, Holded, FacturaScripts, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics and many more.

Does it work with multiple warehouses and multiple stores?

Yes. We set rules per warehouse, per store and per customer. It also supports marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, BigBuy) with the same logic.

What happens if the connection goes down?

The connector runs on queues with automatic retries. No data is lost: everything is resent as soon as the connection is back.

How are data conflicts handled?

During the mapping phase we define which system is the source of truth for each type of data, and what happens when it’s changed on both sides at the same time. The rules are documented and can be adjusted at any time.
