Invoices that pass through three pairs of hands
The salesperson emails the order, admin retypes it into the ERP and someone else checks the paper delivery note. Every step adds errors, and nobody knows the order's real margin until month-end.
ERP · Integrated business management
We help you choose and implement the right ERP software for your small business: Dolibarr, Odoo, ERPNext, FacturaScripts or a custom ERP. No never-ending licenses, no empty promises, and your business up and running from day one.
These are the scenes we see every week at manufacturers, distributors and service companies before they switch systems.
The salesperson emails the order, admin retypes it into the ERP and someone else checks the paper delivery note. Every step adds errors, and nobody knows the order's real margin until month-end.
The ERP says 40 units, the warehouse has 12 and production promises delivery by Friday. Stockouts are discovered when an angry customer calls, not when they could have been avoided.
Your old software doesn't meet the Verifactu requirements (Spain's new invoicing compliance system, mandatory in 2026), and the vendor wants a very expensive migration to the new version. Carrying on as before is no longer an option.
To find out which customer bills the most or which product actually makes a margin, you have to export to Excel, cross-reference tables and hope for the best. By the time the report arrives, the decision has already been made by gut feeling.
Every new user, connector or support service can push up the subscription. The monthly bill grows faster than the business.
Web orders are keyed into the ERP by hand, prices are updated in two different places and the website's stock is always a day behind. Sales grow, and so does the chaos.
We work with open-source and custom ERP software. Together we choose the option that fits your industry, volume and budget, without tying you to never-ending licenses.
Before showing you any screens, we map your real processes: how an order comes in, how it's invoiced, how it's collected. That tells us which ERP fits and which modules you genuinely need.
We configure the ERP with your catalog, your customers, your price lists and your approval workflows. When you go live, the system already speaks your language, not the manual's.
We connect the ERP to your online store, payment gateway, carriers, online banking and internal tools. Enter an order once and it shows up in every system.
The work doesn't end when the ERP goes live. We keep versions up to date, add modules as you grow and resolve incidents under an SLA. No call center in another country.
We don't push a single product. Together we choose the tool that fits your business, whether it's open source, commercial or custom-built.
Our default recommendation for Spanish SMEs. Open source, no license fees, modular and backed by a huge community.
A business suite with more than 80 modules covering everything from manufacturing to marketing. A good option if you need an ERP that also works as your CRM, ecommerce and HR platform under one roof.
A modern open-source ERP built on the Frappe Framework. Particularly strong in manufacturing, professional services and education.
A Spanish ERP designed for freelancers, sole traders and small businesses, focused on invoicing and accounting. Verifactu-compliant out of the box and quick to implement.
When no product fits your processes, we develop a custom ERP. It only makes sense if your operations are very particular and standard software would force you to bend your business out of shape.
The same proven method: we work in short blocks so your team never loses its day-to-day rhythm.
Meetings with management and with the people who use the ERP every day. The outcome: a process map, a prioritized list of needs and a reasoned software recommendation.
We set up the environment and configure modules, price lists, approval workflows and role-based permissions. We load a test data set to validate everything with you.
Migration from your old ERP: customers, suppliers, items, history and account balances. We check that everything reconciles before moving to production, so nothing gets lost along the way.
Role-based training (admin, sales, warehouse) with recorded material. We stay close through the first weeks after go-live and provide ongoing support afterwards.
Dolibarr by default: it's open source, license-free, Verifactu-compliant and backed by a huge community. If you need very specific manufacturing features or a bigger ecosystem, Odoo or ERPNext are serious alternatives. For freelancers, sole traders and micro-businesses focused on invoicing, FacturaScripts is usually enough.
The software has no license fee, but the implementation does have a cost. The quote depends on the number of processes, the integrations and the data migration. After the assessment, we give you a fixed-price proposal.
We run a controlled migration from your old ERP: we extract the data (customers, items, history, balances), clean it, load it into the new system and validate it with you before go-live. If the old system is very closed, we work with manual exports or direct database access.
Yes. Dolibarr, Odoo, ERPNext and FacturaScripts have, or are finishing, the modules for Verifactu, Spain's new invoicing compliance system, which becomes mandatory in 2026. We also handle B2B e-invoicing (Facturae, the Spanish e-invoice format) and B2G e-invoicing (FACe, the Spanish public administration portal).
Yes, it's one of the most common projects we do. Ecommerce integration syncs products, stock, prices and orders between the ERP and platforms such as WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify. Web orders flow into the ERP automatically and stock updates in real time.
A standard implementation for an SME takes between 2 and 4 months from kick-off to go-live. Projects with many integrations or custom developments can take 6 months or more. What matters isn't speed, it's going live with clean data and validated processes.
If you work with Dolibarr or Odoo, there's usually a module on the marketplace that comes close. If not, we develop a custom module on the same ERP. Because it's open source, all the code stays integrated and you remain free to upgrade.
You do. We work with open-source software, self-hosted or in your own cloud. Your data lives on your infrastructure and the code (including the custom developments we build) is yours. If you ever decide to switch providers, there's no technology lock-in.
In a free one-hour assessment, we'll tell you which ERP software makes sense for your business, what needs migrating and what it costs. No obligation, and we'll explain our reasoning.
