ERP stock doesn't match what's on the shelf
The system shows 42 units. The shelf holds 17. When Monday's big order comes in, someone has to go and count and tell the customer it will be late. It happens once a month and nobody really knows why.
WMS · Warehouse and inventory
We implement a WMS connected to your ERP and your online store: locations, batches, handheld scanner picking and shipping labels in a single flow. Fewer errors, on-time shipments and stock levels that add up.
Situations we see every week at SMEs that still rely on spreadsheets, printed sheets or an ERP without a properly configured warehouse module.

The picker carries a printed delivery note, ticks off items with a pen and at the end of the day someone keys the movements into the ERP. Any typing error turns up three weeks later, when stock runs short.
Customer A receives customer B's order. The mistake costs the return shipping, a new shipment, a phone call and a goodwill discount. Without a scanner and validation, it's only a matter of time.
In food, cosmetics, chemicals or pharma, knowing how much you have isn't enough: you need to know which batch goes out, to which customer and with what expiry date. If the health authorities request a trace, it takes you two days to put it together.
Closing for two days a year to count everything, hiring extra hands and keeping your fingers crossed. Cycle counts by location with a handheld scanner change that, but they need a WMS that genuinely supports them.
Your online store and your ERP don't talk to each other in real time. You sell 5 units of a product when only 2 were left. Refunds, bad reviews and a customer service team constantly firefighting.
We don't sell boxed software. We design the physical and digital flow of your warehouse, implement it on Dolibarr, Odoo, ERPNext or custom development, and hand it over to your team up and running.
We map goods in, locations, picking, packing and dispatch with you. We define zones, replenishment rules and a slotting strategy (random, fixed or hybrid) based on your actual stock turnover.
If you work with Dolibarr, Odoo or ERPNext, we configure its warehouse module with multiple locations, batches and serial numbers. If you need something the standard version doesn't cover, we extend it.
We build custom apps for handheld scanners or Android phones: the operator scans, the system validates and stock moves in real time. No paper, no re-keying, full traceability.
We connect the WMS to your store (PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify), your ERP and the APIs of SEUR, MRW, GLS or DHL to generate labels and tracking without leaving the flow.
We work with proven open-source software, and build our own when the business calls for it. We choose with you, not from a catalog.
Our preferred option for SMEs that want a complete ERP with no per-user licenses. The stock module covers multiple warehouses, transfers, batches and serial numbers, with a good balance between features and cost.
If your operation includes manufacturing, kits, complex routes or advanced strategies (cross-docking, drop shipping), Odoo Inventory is very powerful. We set it up with the Barcode app for handheld scanner picking.
A solid open-source alternative for companies that value flexibility and a modern web stack. It covers multiple warehouses, batches and automatic reordering, and integrates well with its manufacturing module.
When no standard product fits your operation (3PL logistics, dynamic locations, voice picking, unusual integrations), we build the WMS and the handheld scanner app from scratch, tightly linked to your ERP.
We connect via API with SEUR, MRW, GLS, DHL, Correos Express, TIPSA and similar carriers. A single click generates the label, the manifest and the tracking link, which goes back to the customer automatically.
The same proven method: we work in short blocks so your team never loses its day-to-day rhythm.
We visit your warehouse, time your current picking, look at the real locations and talk to your staff. That gives us the flow map and the project scope.
We configure the chosen WMS or module: warehouses, locations, stock rules, batches, users and permissions. We build the handheld scanner app and the integrations with your ERP, store and carriers.
We load the master data, carry out an opening stocktake with handheld scanners and reconcile balances against the ERP. We run both systems in parallel for a week before switching off the old one.
We train your warehouse team with the scanner in their hands, not in a meeting room. During the first days we're on the floor with you to fine-tune labels and locations and answer questions on the spot.
An ERP's warehouse module handles the basics well: goods in, goods out, multiple warehouses and some batch tracking. A dedicated WMS goes into the fine detail: dynamic locations, wave picking, voice picking and route optimization inside the warehouse. For most SMEs with fewer than 5,000 SKUs, a well-configured Dolibarr or Odoo with a handheld scanner app is enough. Beyond a certain volume or level of complexity, a specialist WMS makes sense.
Yes, at least on the ones that move through the warehouse. If your suppliers already label with EAN codes, we use them. If not, we generate internal labels with your own codes. Without a code there's no validation at picking, and without validation the errors keep coming back.
In most cases, yes. We connect the WMS to SAP Business One, Sage, A3, Holded or any ERP with an API or decent export options. If your ERP is very closed, we assess with you whether it's worth replacing it or building a middleware layer.
A standard project on Dolibarr or Odoo with a basic handheld scanner app usually takes 8 to 14 weeks from kick-off to go-live. With substantial custom development or complex integrations with carriers and ecommerce, it can take 4 to 6 months.
The apps we build work online with an offline buffer: if a picker loses signal in an aisle, they keep scanning and the movements sync as soon as the connection is back. Even so, we recommend auditing coverage before go-live.
Yes. We set up batches with expiry dates, automatic FEFO (first expired, first out) at picking and reports for AESAN (Spain's food safety agency) or customer audits. Traceability runs from supplier to end customer in a couple of clicks.
Yes, it's one of our most common projects. We sync stock in real time or near real time with PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify or Magento, and send the shipping status back to the order. You'll find more detail on our ERP ↔ ecommerce integration page.
Every solution we implement is multi-warehouse from day one, even if you start with just one. Adding a new site is a matter of configuration and training, not rebuilding the system.
Tell us how you work today and we'll show you a WMS running with your ERP, your online store and your carrier. No obligation, with real numbers on the table.
