Access by Users is unrestricted and free of charge. Withdrawal / Guarantees
Once the project has been completed and delivered, the client has 14 calendar days from receipt/delivery of the project to request any modification or report any nonconformity relating to the contracted service. To do so, the client must contact their sales advisor by calling us on +34 868 970 005 or by emailing us at info@inter-conecta.com, stating in the body of the email the reasons for the nonconformity with the project. Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 24/48 hours to resolve any issue you may have with the development of your project. As these are personalized services custom-developed for the client, the necessary updates to the project will be carried out by our development and support team.
