ERP for small business — business management software

Customers, operations, people and inventory on a single platform

CRM ERP HR WMS Custom software

We cover the key areas of your business — from winning customers to warehouse control, including invoicing, accounting and staff — and connect them so data flows without duplicate work. One platform, decisions based on real information.

The problem

When every department uses its own tool, everything gets harder

Without an integrated system connecting sales, operations, people and inventory, mistakes aren't one-offs: they're routine.

Leads that slip through the cracks

One contact comes in through the website, another by phone, another via LinkedIn. Each salesperson notes it down wherever they can and, with no CRM behind them, follow-up depends on memory. Opportunities go cold without anyone noticing.

A customer pays late and nobody sees it

Sales keeps sending quotes to a company that hasn't paid an invoice in three months. Accounts knows; sales doesn't. By the time the debt surfaces, the damage is done.

Manual invoicing, every month

Word templates, spreadsheets, figures copied from one place to another. Every month-end close means days of work and errors you then have to fix with a credit note.

Leave, clock-ins and payroll in Excel

One sheet for absences, another for hours, another for payroll. HR spends half the month reconciling data, and employees don't know how many days off they have left until they ask.

The stock in the system isn't the stock on the shelves

You sell what shows on screen, only to find it isn't physically there. Or the opposite: stock sits idle because nobody ever entered it. Every stocktake is an unpleasant surprise.

Four tools that never talk to each other

CRM in one place, ERP in another, an HR app and an Excel file for the warehouse. Data lives in silos, gets entered three times and never adds up. Any company-wide report is a manual jigsaw.

Our services

One platform to run your entire business

We connect customers, operations, people and inventory in a single system. See how we apply it in each area.

Organize your sales opportunities, automate follow-up and unify the customer record so sales, after-sales and accounts all work from the same data. We implement open-source CRMs and build custom integrations with your ERP.

Opportunity and pipeline management

A sales funnel the whole team can see. Every lead with its status, next action and owner. No more lost sales for lack of follow-up.

Sales automation

Emails, reminders and tasks that trigger automatically based on customer behavior. Your salespeople focus on closing, not chasing.

CRM ↔ ERP integration

Sales sees unpaid invoices, technicians see the service history and accounts sees the opportunity. One customer, one synced record.

We analyze your operations before recommending a platform. We recommend (or build) the ERP system that fits your business, not the other way round.

FAQ

Common questions about business management software

Where do we start when implementing business management software?

It depends on where it hurts most today. If you're losing sales opportunities, we start with the CRM; if invoicing and inventory are out of control, with the ERP; if payroll and shift planning eat up your day, with HR; and if the warehouse is a bottleneck, with the WMS. We decide together during the initial assessment, based on real data, not hunches.

Can several areas be implemented at once, or is it better in phases?

We almost always recommend going in phases. Switching four tools at once wears the team out and multiplies the risk of errors. We implement the area with the biggest impact first, let it settle in, and then add the rest in blocks of a few weeks so the organization can absorb each step properly.

How long does it take to implement one area?

A typical implementation takes 4 to 12 weeks per area, depending on the volume of data to migrate and the complexity of your processes. A CRM or an HR module is usually ready sooner; a full ERP or a WMS integrated with the warehouse needs more bedding-in and training.

Can I connect the CRM to the ERP? And HR to the WMS?

Yes, and that's exactly what we recommend. CRM opportunities become ERP orders without retyping anything, HR hours feed into production costs, and the WMS updates stock in real time for sales and invoicing. When we choose platforms from the same family (Odoo, Dolibarr, ERPNext), integration is native; if not, we handle it with APIs.

What happens to the data in our old software?

We migrate it in an orderly way: CRM customers and opportunities, ERP invoicing history, personnel files, warehouse inventories and stock movements. Whether it comes from Excel, other software or an old database, we validate each block before loading it so you start with clean information.

Does it comply with Spanish regulations (GDPR, Verifactu, time tracking)?

Yes. Invoicing meets the requirements of the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) and Verifactu, Spain's new invoicing compliance system; the HR module covers Spain's mandatory working-time records; and personal data is handled in line with the GDPR. We configure tax withholdings, tax forms and access permissions according to current regulations, and keep the platforms up to date when the law changes.

What if we grow and need more modules?

The platforms we work with are built to grow with you. You can start with the basics and activate new modules (projects, manufacturing, ecommerce, BI) when you need them, without redoing the implementation. If growth leads you to very specific processes, we develop them as custom features on the same foundation.

What if I want something custom in one of the areas?

We combine both. It's a common pattern: a standard platform for the bulk of the business and custom development for what makes you different — a product configurator, a customer portal, a specific integration with your machinery. Together we assess whether it pays to adapt off-the-shelf software or to build that piece from scratch.
