MVP development for SaaS startups

From idea to first customer in 6 weeks

6 weeks Modern stack Metrics Iteration Startup-ready

We design and build MVPs that actually validate your idea. We focus on the critical hypothesis, minimum scope, two-week iterations and the metrics that matter. You get to production fast — without shortcuts that hold you back later.

The risks of building an MVP

The traps that kill startups before their first customer

Patterns we see again and again in founders who get to validation too late — and that we avoid on every project.

01

Your MVP is growing too much before it's validated

You have 20 features planned and not a single real customer who has used them. You're building what you think they'll want, not what they already know they need.

02

Your budget is draining away while you code

Every week without an MVP in users' hands is a week of salaries with no learning. Your chances of finding customers who really want your product drop with every euro you burn.

03

A stack chosen for hype, not for the hypothesis

Complex architectures built for millions of users when you don't even have ten. Oversized technology that slows you down now and won't help you later if you need to change course.

04

Without metrics, you don't know if it works

You've launched and "there's activity". But you're not measuring how many people complete their first use, how many come back, or whether your business assumptions hold up or fall apart. You're not validating — you're waiting.

Our philosophy

Iterate faster than doubt. Validate before you scale.

An MVP isn't a small product: it's the smallest experiment that reduces your business's critical uncertainty. We work with speed, focus and metrics — because validated learning is worth more than any feature.

From MVP to PMF

Four stages to reach product-market fit

We don't skip steps. Discover, validate, ship and measure — the order matters.

Discover

Interviews, problem mapping and framing the critical hypotheses (what has to be true for this to work).

Validate

Simple mockups, test landing pages and testing with real users before writing a single line of code.

Ship

First version live, with usage tracking and hands-on support for the first users.

Measure

Data you can act on: how many complete their first use, how many come back and how likely they are to recommend you. Decisions to persevere, pivot or double down, based on numbers.

MVP roadmap

Your MVP, week by week

Six real weeks, with clear deliverables and users in production before week six is out.

Week 0 · Kickoff

Discovery and alignment session

Discovery session, alignment on critical hypotheses and success metrics. We define what has to be true for the MVP to count as a success.

Weeks 1–2 · Foundation

Stack, auth and the first core vertical

Stack setup, auth, payments and the first core vertical working end to end. Zero cosmetic features in this sprint.

Weeks 3–4 · Key features

The 2–3 features that validate the proposition

The 2–3 features that validate the value proposition. No cosmetic features, no scope creep. A demo with the founders every two weeks.

Week 5 · Real users

Assisted onboarding for the first users

Assisted onboarding for the first 5–10 users. Tracking, support and continuous feedback. Live metrics from minute one.

Week 6 · Iteration

Refinement with real usage data

Refinement with real usage data. A post-MVP roadmap based on what works, not on what you imagine. An informed decision: double down, pivot or adjust.

The KPIs we chase

The metrics that matter for validating product-market fit

No vanity metrics. The numbers that drive investment and pivot decisions in SaaS startups.

6 wks

average time to MVP in production with real users

40%+

W4 retention

MVP stack

Which technologies we choose, case by case

There's no single winning stack. We choose the combination that gives your critical hypothesis the most speed without boxing you in later.

Next.js + tRPC

Fast frontend, type-safe end to end. Ideal for B2B MVPs with a rich UX.

Laravel + Inertia

Extremely productive. Ideal when the team already has a PHP background.

Supabase / Firebase

User sign-up, database and file storage already built in. You could launch tomorrow.

Stripe + Resend + Posthog

Billing, transactional email and product analytics. The day-one monetization stack.

FAQ

Common questions from founders before getting started

How much do you charge for an MVP?

The cost depends on the hypothesis you want to validate, the essential features and the integrations. We scope the first version with you and give you a proposal with a fixed price and timeline.

What if I need to pivot the product later?

We build the MVP on a stack that can handle a pivot. We don't over-engineer, but we don't take shortcuts that will box you in later either.

Do you stick around after the MVP?

If you want us to, yes. We support post-MVP iterations with a monthly block of hours, or move to an extended-team model, depending on what you need.

What if I already have technical co-founders?

Even better. We work alongside you as on-demand senior engineers (architecture, critical decisions, code review) without replacing your team.

Do you work with pre-seed startups that have no funding?

Sometimes, depending on the case. If the idea is a good fit for us and there's real commitment, we explore models such as sweat equity or deferred, milestone-based payment.

Ready to validate your idea?

Tell us your startup's critical hypothesis. Within a week we'll deliver an assessment, a tightly defined scope and an MVP proposal to get you to production in 6 weeks.
